When it comes to DC golf, it’s hard to compete with East Potomac’s Blue Course. Incredible views of the Washington Monument on several holes, convenience to the Capital, and a relatively inexpensive green fee ($35 per person on weekends + $10 for a cart) makes this 18-hole, par 72 course a favorite among locals. The course can also challenge even the most experienced golfer. This is particularly true when strong gusts of wind come from the Potomac River. The only downside to this course is the irrigation. Due to its location, flooding typically occurs after heavy precipitation so make sure to check the website for weather updates.
