The World’s 15 Greatest Skylines

This post is mostly picture-based. Because what would a post about the fifteen best skylines in the world be without pictures to prove it, right?

There are numerous fantastic cities on earth. From historic capitals to modern megacities, if you like urban travel, you’re definitely living on the right planet. That is, however, not to say that each major city is photogenic or equally as beautiful. There’s a big difference between being a fun and interesting city to visit and having an impressive skyline to look at.

Of course, what makes a skyline great is an entirely subjective thing. And it’s impossible to discuss taste. What we can agree on, though, is that it has to stand out from the rest, catch your eye and be imposing. With these criteria in mind, we have put together this top 15 of the best skylines in the world.
